Core Folio

Terms of Use

Last updated 26 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Core Folios (“we”, “us”) for the use of Core Folio. By using the app you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it — and if you have already paid, write to us and we will sort it out.

What Core Folio is

Core Folio is a place to keep the things that make up a life: your people, your plans, what you love, what you mean to do. It includes Cora, an assistant that can answer questions about what you have written.

What you write stays yours

The subscription

Using it well

Do not use Core Folio to break the law, to store somebody else’s data without their knowledge, to attack the service or work around its limits, or to resell it. We may suspend an account being used that way.

What we promise, and what we cannot

We work to keep Core Folio available and your data safe, and we take backups. We cannot promise it will never be unavailable, and it is provided as it is. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You may stop at any time: cancel the subscription in your store, and delete the account from My data and account. We may end this agreement if these terms are broken, and will tell you why.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Core Folio after that means accepting the new terms.

Where you stand

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
